Hunan lotus seeds from China are hygienically treated and bolied until a smooth fine paste is formed.
Flour and syrup are blended into dough by using digital control panel.
The dough and paste are put into the Encrusting Machine. By varying the computerised control programme to set the ratio of paste and dough, a perfected mooncake with a thin skin is formed.
The mooncakes are passed through a stamping machine to get the desired shape.
Different designs are derived by changing the stamping molds. After being egg-wash, the mooncakes are baked for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
After cooling off, the mooncakes are packaged and preserved in freshness. Mouth-watering and finely packaged mooncakes are ready for the market.
